My husband and I are relocating out of the country and
used Christy Karp’s company for our estate sale. We frankly had no idea what
to expect and were nervous about the process. Christy was just spectacular.
She helped us through every step of the process and really impressed us with
her level of professionalism. She handled everything for us, and we were not
at all inconvenienced. She was meticulous, prompt, and well prepared. She
made what could have been a very stressful process quite smooth. I honestly
cannot say enough good things about the experience and would recommend Christy

Maybe even more than your professionalism, Christy, I was so impressed by how
genuine, real and friendly you and your “gang” are! I actually feel I made
friends with you because of this sale and do hope I will have contact with you
again in the future. A big estate sale can be overwhelming to a single person
like myself, so what you did and how you did it, from beginning to end, totally
put my mind at ease. I knew right from the get-go that I did not have to worry
about a thing. You covered all the bases and I was free to just let it all go.
